Delivery and Returns

We strive to provide you with a fast, reliable and seamless delivery experience.

1. Delivery to Morocco

We deliver to all cities in Morocco thanks to our trusted logistics partners.

delivery time

  • Between 2 and 5 working days depending on the destination.

  • Orders placed before 3 p.m. are generally shipped the same day or the next day.

Delivery costs

  • Free for any order over 300 MAD .

  • For orders below this amount, variable delivery charges (generally between 30 and 50 MAD) apply depending on the city.

Order tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation message or email with the tracking number to check the status of your delivery.

2. International Delivery

For the moment, Fenbladi only delivers to Morocco.
International launch is planned very soon — stay tuned to our newsletter to be informed 🌸

3. Payment methods

  • Cash on Delivery : You pay directly to the delivery person.

  • Secure online payment by credit card (available in certain areas).

4. Returns and exchanges

We care about your satisfaction. If a product does not meet your expectations, you can request an exchange or return under certain conditions.

Return conditions

  • The product must be unopened , unused and in its original packaging .

  • The request must be made within 48 hours of receipt .

  • Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error or defective product.

Return procedure

  1. Contact us via contact@fenbladi.ma or WhatsApp with your order number.

  2. Explain the reason for the return (damaged product, order error, etc.).

  3. Once validated, our customer service will tell you how to return or exchange.

5. Refunds

After receipt and verification of the returned product:

  • A refund will be issued within 5-7 business days .

  • Reimbursement will be made using the same payment method used when ordering (or by bank transfer as appropriate).

6. Damaged or defective products

If you receive a damaged item, contact us immediately (photo provided).
We will offer you a replacement or a full refund , whichever you prefer.
